In order to provide support to engage in our programmes we also collect personal and non-personal information via Google Forms. This data may include:

Our website is is hosted on the Wix.com platform. In addition, Wix.com may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide ongoing support to engage in our programmes and services;

To provide suitable accommodation and services for our adventure residential, which may include sharing data with third party organisations;

We collect personal information using Google Forms in order to provide safe, inclusive, accessible experiences, as well as collect feedback that will help improve and develop our programmes.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our website is is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Any data collected on external applications such as Google Forms or via email are stored in a secure Google Workspace only for the purposes of providing safe, inclusive, accessible experiences as well as updates in our newsletter and future opportunities.

Should we wish to use your data for promotional reasons, such as your name or photo in social media and online testimonials, we will ask for your explicit permission before doing so.

Should you sign up to and join a firefly Adventure programme we will share your full name, dietary requirements, and access/support needs with our adventure accommodation partner only. We do not share any personal information with any other external partners or providers.

How do we communicate with your site visitors?

We use the information entered in our forms and contacts sheets to communicate with our site visitors by email for the following reasons only.

to respond to direct inquiries in our contact form
to respond to the registration of interest in a future programme, collect personal information that will enable us to provide a safe experience, collect payment, and gather feedback via questionnaires for evaluation purposes for any firefly Adventure programmes you sign up to.
to contact subscribers of our monthly firefly Adventures newsletter and share important updates, good news, learnings, opportunities, discounts, and other information of potential interest relating to firefly Adventures.

We use contact information to communicate via text or WhatsApp only should you sign up for a firefly Adventure programme to take part in a the self-guided coaching and group engagement, and should you request additional 1:1 coaching support.

By signing up to our monthly newsletter you consent to receive marketing and promotional information, as well as opportunities to engage with firefly Adventures and our associated partners or supporters.

We do not send marketing or promotional materials to anyone who has not given consent for this information.
